Laurel Ortez

About Laurel

Laurel spent 28 years in healthcare. 17 of these years she worked as a Nursing Home Administrator. During this time, she also dedicated 3 years as a hospice volunteer.

In Fall of 2018, Laurel certified with Earthside in the End of Life Doula certification course. She currently serves clients in the Southwest/St George Utah area. Laurel also serves as an Ordained Minister and Wedding Officiant in these areas as well. 

Since her certification with Earthside, Laurel has shown great integrity and passion for those making their way through the end of life transition and is now a Student Teacher with the Earthside Holistic End of Life Doula program. We love having her strength and enthusiasm part of our Earthside tribe!
